• Delivering individual, couples, family, group, child/play therapy to clients seeking help
• Writing and maintaining clinical notes using our secure electronic health records online system
• Developing treatment plans for client care, using evidence-based treatment approaches for best practices
• Attending bi-monthly team meetings (every other Thursday at 1:00) for team connection and collaboration

7. Referrals Provided - BCC provides online advertising with google ads, Search Engine Optimization Management, Psychology Today ad,  updated professional website,  ads in directories,  and google my business posts and social media.
8.  As a 25 year established counseling center in our community, we have deep connections with churches, schools, physicians, attorneys, clinicians, etc. 
9.  In-network with BCBS and Aetna - we have been working with BCBS for many years, and this philanthropic offering fits our passion for offering therapy for those who couldn’t afford it otherwise.

12. Team meetings 2x/month – support/connection/networking
13.  Ongoing Supervision provided in house for a reduced fee
14. Staff Supervision for licensed clinicians every month free of charge.

18.  Google Workspace has many features, including shared drives, and intraoffice website filled with training documents video trainings, favorite handouts, a google meet platform for virtual sessions, and much more.

20. We have an organized onboarding process, including insurance credentialing, HIPAA Training, Managing Suicide Training, EHR Training, Operations Training, etc.
