Hello, I’m Caitlin.

Life has moments of great challenge and transition, often leaving us with deep questions and overwhelming emotions. I would be honored to walk alongside you as a companion on your journey toward peace and healing. My approach is one of compassionate invitation and

inquiry—I meet you where you are, creating a secure and supportive space where you can face your pain and struggles.

How I Help

In our sessions, you can expect an approach rooted in genuine care and curiosity, open-ended questions, and freedom to explore without judgment. I believe lasting change is possible when you feel truly seen and heard, and I strive to cultivate a therapeutic relationship that provides that. My goal is to help you uncover new insights and practical steps to move toward a life that feels deeply meaningful and aligned with your values. I offer integrative approaches to faith and

spirituality in therapy if that is something you desire.

My Specialties

Complex Trauma, Attachment Issues, and Relationships

Healing from complex trauma is an intricate process that requires patience and understanding.  Together, we will explore how early attachment patterns may be impacting your present relationships. My goal is to provide a steady presence as we uncover and work through those patterns and help you find greater harmony within yourself and your relationships.

Anxiety and Depression

Anxiety and depression can cloud your sense of self and prevent you from engaging fully in life.  If you’re feeling disconnected from joy or burdened by relentless worries, I am here to help you discover the roots of those difficulties, offering tools to help you regain resilience, insight, and mobility.

Couples/Relationship Counseling

Relationships thrive when partners feel understood, valued, and supported. Using principles from the Gottman Method, I help couples identify and change unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and build a stronger emotional connection. Together, we’ll work on creating a foundation of trust and intimacy to help your relationship flourish.

Sexual Compulsions/Addiction and Pornography Addiction

The cycle of sexual addiction often stems from deep wounds and unmet needs. Drawing on trauma-informed approaches and the work of Patrick Carnes, I provide a safe and compassionate space to address the root causes of addictive and compulsive behaviors to move toward healing, recovery, and a renewed sense of connection and self-worth.

More About Me

I’m someone who values genuine connection and growth. My own life has taken me through many roles—from teacher to traveler to therapist—and I bring that curiosity and open-heartedness into everything I do, both inside and outside of the office. In my free time, you might find me outdoors with my dog, learning a new musical instrument, or exploring a corner of the world that fuels my sense of adventure and discovery.  I  am dedicated to continual growth as a clinician, and I am trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1) and am currently training in Internal Family Systems and Sex Addiction Therapy.
